This 3-hour, intimate group session (limited to 4 participants) is designed to help artists reconnect with their inner voice and creative spark.
We’ll begin with a 30-minute grounding overview, followed by an hour of guided breathwork to reset the nervous system and open creative channels. Afterward, you’ll have a full hour to draw, paint, or create—using breath as a catalyst for expression. We’ll close with 15 minutes of aftercare and integration, with space for reflection, conversation, and questions.
Table easels and drawing tables are provided, along with a range of studio art supplies. You’re welcome to bring your own materials as well.
