Breathe, then write. This session combines focused breathwork with a reflective writing practice, helping you access clarity and spark creativity on the page. A space for quiet introspection and productive flow.
60-min. breathwork session followed by 60-minute creative integration. During creative integration, writers will spend an hour free-writing. Feel free to journal, start a new project or work on an existing piece. Please bring your own notebook or laptop to write.
You’ll also have access to our in-studio library for added inspiration.
